They push through exhaustion. They normalize the 3am wake-ups and the constant low-grade tension. They tell themselves it's temporary - just unti this project wraps up, just until things slow down. But things don't slow down. And the body keeps score.
I know that pattern because I lived it. As someone who spent years in a high-pressure enviornment, I understood stress intellectually - but I was still running on adrenaline, ignoring signals my own body was sending. It took stepping back and actually paying attention to realize how much chronic stress had become my baseline.
The experience changed how I think about health. And it's what drives the work I do now.
I'm a physician-trained health and wellness coach with a deep interest in the connection between chronic stress and physical health. My medical background informs how I understand the body and the science behind the stress response - but coaching is where the real change happens.
Even with great medical care, there's often a gap between knowing what to do and actually building the habits to support your long-term health. That's exactly where coaching comes in.
Coaching with me is collaborative, practical, and grounded in what's actually going on in your life, not a generic wellness plan.
Together we work to:
Understand how chronic stress is showing up in your body
Identify the patterns and habits that are keeping your nervous system stuck in overdrive
Build realistic routines that support regulation, recovery, and long-term health
Make changes that stick - without overhauling your entire life at once
This isn't about doing more. It's about working with your body instead of against it.
